Sex is one of the most vulnerable parts of being human, and one of the least talked about. If something feels off in that part of your life or relationship, you are far from alone. And you deserve a space to explore it without shame.
Maybe some of this resonates:
You and your partner/s want different things sexually and do not know how to bridge that gap.
Desire has quietly disappeared, and you are not sure where it went.
Performance anxiety or pain is getting in the way of intimacy.
You feel emotionally disconnected from your partner/s.
You want to explore your sexuality more openly, but do not know where to start.
You are navigating questions about your identity, desires, or relationship structure.
How It Works
Sex therapy is talk therapy. There is no physical contact involved. Together, we will explore what is happening beneath the surface, unpack shame, open up communication, and work toward a sexual self and relationship that feels authentic and fulfilling to you.
Please note that I am currently completing my sex therapy certification training through the Sexual Health Alliance (SHA). I am actively expanding my clinical expertise in this area and work under supervision to ensure you receive informed, ethical, and affirming care.
This is a judgment-free space. Whatever you bring here, your desires, your questions, your fears, is welcome.
This is not just for couples. Individuals navigating sexual concerns, identity, trauma, or simply wanting a deeper relationship with their own sexuality are also supported here.
You deserve a sex life that feels good emotionally, physically, and relationally.
