Natalie A. Franco MPS, ATR- BC, LCAT

I’m a licensed, board-certified Art Therapist offering holistic, culturally responsive care that brings together art therapy, somatic embodiment, and sex therapy. I work with adults, couples, and LGBTQIA+ individuals who want to reconnect with their bodies, desires, and sense of intimacy.

Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from their bodies, weighed down by shame, or unsure how to fully access pleasure and aliveness. Together, we go beyond traditional talk therapy, using creative and embodied exploration to build presence, self-trust, and deeper connection with yourself and with others.

I received my Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute and have over 10 years of clinical experience working across a range of settings, from community mental health and refugee resettlement to LGBTQIA+ young adult organizations and private practice. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, and life transitions.

My path into this work was never just professional; it was personal. I have always believed that healing happens not just in the mind but in the body, the creative process, and the relationships we build with ourselves and others. That belief shapes everything I do in the therapy space.

I am currently completing my sex therapy certification through the Sexual Health Alliance, deepening my commitment to offering care that is truly whole-person, shame-free, and affirming for all bodies and identities.

When I am not in session, you can find me on the yoga mat. I am also a certified yoga instructor and bring that same body-aware, present-centered approach into my clinical work.

I work with individuals who are ready to stop surviving and start living. If that is you, I would love to connect.
